1. How to schedule a ride

From the app’s main screen, tap “Book a ride.” From there, the process is simple:

• Select the exact date and time you need to book a ride. You can schedule for today, tomorrow, or anytime within the next 48 hours.

• Enter your pickup location and destination. Review the estimated fare, choose your service category, and confirm by tapping “Schedule.”

• Your ride will be automatically saved in your “Scheduled rides” section.

2. What you should know before scheduling

Here are the key details that will help you have the best experience:

• You can schedule a ride between 2 and 48 hours in advance.

• You can have up to 3 scheduled rides at the same time within that period.

• The app performs a quick payment verification to secure your booking. If your bank declines the pre-authorization, the app will notify you so you can update your payment method.

And once you schedule your ride, the fare you see is the fare that stays. It won’t change based on demand.

3. What happens after your schedule?

Once your ride is booked:

• You’ll receive reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your pickup time.

• When your driver is assigned, you’ll see the status “Driver Assigned” along with their details.

• In the “Scheduled rides” section, you can view your route, date, time, and the current status of your ride.

Important: Scheduled rides can’t be edited and can only be canceled if needed.

4. How cancellations work

If you need to cancel your trip:

• You can cancel for free up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

• After that window, a cancellation fee applies.

• The app will ask you to select a reason for canceling, such as “Changed my plans” or “Wrong pickup or dropoff.”
