Streak Program - Terms and Conditions

The Streak is a promotional loyalty program for Paxxy drivers. You build a streak by completing rides on consecutive days, and you earn cash rewards for your consistency. These terms explain how the program works, how streaks are earned and lost, and how rewards are paid. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in and earn rewards from The Streak, you must be an active Paxxy driver with an active payout account, meaning a bank account that is registered and approved through our payment provider. If you do not have an active payout account, the app will show you a prompt to activate it. If your account is under review, the app will let you know; you can begin participating once it is approved.

3. How a streak day is earned

Each day is counted as a streak day if either of the following is true:

You complete at least one ride that day.

Or you were online and available for at least three hours but did not complete a ride for reasons beyond your control. This means you received no ride offers, or you accepted at least one offer that was then cancelled by the passenger or by the system. A ride that you cancel yourself does not qualify.

When a day is counted as a streak day, your streak increases by one.

4. Rest days

You receive two rest days each week (Monday through Sunday, New York time). If a day does not qualify as a streak day, one rest day is used automatically to keep your streak alive. You do not need to activate rest days; they apply on their own. Rest days reset every Monday at 00:00 New York time and do not carry over to the next week.

5. Losing your streak

If a day does not qualify as a streak day and you have no rest days remaining that week, your streak ends and resets to zero. You can start a new streak at any time.

6. Declining rides

You are not required to accept every ride to keep your streak. However, if you decline the offers you receive and end the day without any completed ride, that day will not qualify as a streak day and a rest day will be used. If you repeat this and run out of rest days, your streak will end.

7. Rewards

You earn cash rewards when your streak reaches the following milestones:

3 days: $3
7 days: $8
14 days: $15
30 days: $30
30 days or more (maintenance): $8 per week for as long as your streak stays alive

Each milestone is paid once per streak. If your streak ends and you start a new one, the milestones can be earned again. Rewards are in addition to what you earn from your rides.

8. Payments

Rewards are paid in U.S. dollars to your in-app wallet and are deposited when you reach each milestone. Only drivers with an active payout account can receive rewards. Rewards are discretionary promotional incentives and are not wages, guaranteed earnings, or a guarantee of ride volume.

9. Program timing

Your streak day runs on New York time (Eastern Time), from midnight to midnight. Your streak updates at midnight. All dates, cutoffs, and rest day resets in the program are based on New York time.

10. Fair use and prohibited conduct

Rides must be genuine. Self-booked, fabricated, or fraudulent rides do not count toward your streak and do not earn rewards. Paxxy may withhold, reverse, or reclaim any reward obtained through abuse, error, or fraud, and may remove a driver from the program for such conduct.

11. Changes to the program

The Streak is a promotional program offered at Paxxy's discretion. Paxxy may change, pause, or end the program, the eligibility requirements, the reward amounts, and these terms at any time, with or without notice. Reward amounts may be adjusted over time as the program evolves.
