Pickup Bonus

1. Overview

The Pickup Bonus is a limited-time promotional payment added to your driver payout on qualifying trips with a longer pickup. It applies automatically. No action is required on your part.

2. Promotional period

This bonus is available on qualifying trips through August 31, 2026. After this date the bonus ends and no longer applies, unless Paxxy extends or renews it.

3. Eligibility

A trip qualifies when your estimated driving time to the pickup location is more than 8 minutes. The bonus depends only on the estimated driving time to pickup for that specific trip.

4. Bonus amounts

The bonus is set by your estimated driving time to the pickup, in one-minute tiers:

8 minutes or less - No bonus

More than 8 and up to 9 minutes - $0.50

More than 9 and up to 10 minutes - $1.00

More than 10 and up to 11 minutes - $1.50

More than 11 minutes - $2.00 (maximum)

5. How the bonus is measured

The bonus is based on your estimated driving time to the pickup, not on straight-line distance. A pickup that is close in a straight line may still qualify if the driving route takes longer (for example, because of a road barrier or a required detour).

6. Payment

The bonus is added to your total payout for the trip. It does not change the fare paid by the passenger.

7. What you see before you accept

The bonus is already included in the trip amount shown on the ride request card. The per mile and per hour figures on the card reflect the bonus, calculated over the total time and distance (pickup plus trip).

8. Changes

Paxxy may modify, suspend, or end this bonus at any time. Thresholds and amounts are subject to change.
