1. Overview
The 3 Months Free program lets eligible Paxxy drivers earn with no Paxxy fees during their free period. It applies automatically once you qualify.
2. Eligibility
This program is available to all drivers who enrolled with Paxxy as a driver.
3. When your free period begins
Your free period starts on the date your Paxxy payment account is approved with a validated bank account. This approval is completed through Paxxy's payment provider (Finix) and confirms your account is ready to receive payouts.
The three month count begins on that date.
4. Duration
The program runs for three months from your start date. Paxxy may grant extensions. Any extension will be announced through Paxxy's official communication channels (see Section 6).
5. What the program includes
During your free period, and for both earnings models (monthly subscription and commission free):
- Paxxy does not retain any percentage of your base fare.
- Paxxy does not charge you any daily fee.
6. Official communications
Program updates, including any extensions, are communicated only through Paxxy's official channels: push notifications, in-app announcements, email, and official Paxxy WhatsApp groups. Messages from any other source are not official.
7. Changes
Paxxy may modify, suspend, or end this program at any time. Any change will be communicated through the official channels listed in Section 6.
