Terms & Conditions - $50 welcome bonus for drivers

Offer

Paxxy offers two Welcome Bonus tiers for eligible drivers who sign up for the Paxxy Driver platform:

• $150.00  Founding Driver Bonus — for the first 10 drivers who supported Paxxy during the licensing process prior to launch.
• $50.00  Welcome Bonus — for the next 90 drivers who register on the platform (drivers #11 through #100).

Founding Driver Bonus ($150.00)

A special bonus tier is reserved for the first 10 drivers who assisted Paxxy in obtaining its TLC base license prior to launch. To qualify:

1. You must have been identified by Paxxy as a founding driver who participated in the licensing process.
2. You must meet all general eligibility requirements listed below (Paxxy review, bank account, and at least 1 completed ride within 30 days).
3. Founding Driver status is determined solely by Paxxy and is non-transferable.

Welcome Bonus ($50.00) — Eligibility

To qualify for the Welcome Bonus, you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Be among the first 100 drivers to register on the Paxxy Driver platform.
2. Pass Paxxy's review process, including verification of your TLC license, vehicle registration, and commercial insurance.
3. Add a valid U.S. bank account through the Paxxy Driver app using Plaid or manual entry. Your bank account must be verified and activated for payouts.
4. Complete at least 1 ride within your first 30 days from either:
   • The date your account was activated (for drivers who register after launch), or
   • May 17, 2026 — the official Paxxy launch date (for drivers who registered before launch).

Payout

• The applicable bonus ($100.00 for Founding Drivers or $50.00 for Welcome Bonus drivers) will be credited to your bank account at the end of the 30-day qualification period, provided all eligibility requirements have been met.
• The bonus will be deposited via ACH transfer to the bank account on file in your Paxxy Driver app. Standard processing times apply.
• Only one bonus will be issued per driver. Founding Drivers receive the $100.00 bonus only — bonuses do not stack. Duplicate accounts are not eligible.

General Terms

• This offer is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time at Paxxy's sole discretion.
• Paxxy reserves the right to withhold or revoke the bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a driver has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise disqualifying activity.
• Drivers whose accounts are suspended, deactivated, or not in good standing at the time of payout are not eligible.
• The Welcome Bonus is non-transferable and has no cash value until credited.
• This bonus may be considered taxable income. Drivers are responsible for any applicable tax obligations.
• By participating, you agree to these terms and Paxxy's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
